Wingate Consortium provides employment services in Dallas, Tx. With years of experience helping uniquely-abled clients, our organization also administers coaching strategies to our job coaches. We specialize in facilitating support and guidance for clients who face difficult professional challenges. Wingate Consortium uses its experience to identify both job and career advancement opportunities for clients based on their needs, objectives, and skill sets. Our staff assists clients in identifying and enhancing their job skills, suggest improvements to clients' resumes, and ensure that clients are adequately prepared for job interviews.

Mr. Wingate is a Counselor, professional job coach & business owner who has served neurodiverse communities since 2015. Through playing as a wide receiver for Southwest Minnesota State University, as well as other professional teams; he earned his Bachelors Degree in Psychology & Sociology. Since the completion of his Bachelors Degree, Mr. Wingate initiated his working path as a school counselor at an alternative high school in DFW. He now utilizes his passion for impacting other's lives through continuing his education and aiding his uniquely-abled clients to develop their job skills across diverse industries.

Beginning his journey in Detroit, Michigan, Vernel was raised by a strong single mother alongside his older brother and sister. Vernel currently lives in North Dallas and enjoys raising his 10 year old son with strong family values, instilling character and confidence.
